"Stourhead" - England

This painting was referenced from a photo that I have in my photo archive. A trip to England a few years ago, was the inspiration. There is truely a painting around every corner. Stourhead is an impressive estate, the grounds are absolutely stunning. This painting was very difficult for me because of all the detail. I tend to see everything, and want to put it all in the painting. Something I truly need to work on. I am currently trying some looser images.
